The Water Management Regime in Western Iran: A Retrospective Analysis through a Hybrid Transitions Framework

Continuously changing conditions of sociotechnical systems are the basis structural changes in communities. Relationships between transition contexts and regime transformation processes their driving factors regimes poorly understood.
